End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (« EULA ») is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, referred to herein as « Licensee ») and Zerozoro (« Licensor »), regarding the use of the typefaces provided by Licensor (« Fonts »). By downloading, installing, or using the Fonts, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Fonts, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2. Permitted Uses
- Print Usage: Licensee may use the Fonts for creating printed materials such as books, magazines, brochures, posters, and other printed documents.
- Web Usage: Licensee may embed the Fonts in websites using @font-face or similar technology, provided that reasonable measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access and extraction of the Fonts.
3. Restrictions
Licensee may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Fonts.
- Sell, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Fonts to any third party.
- Embed the Fonts in software, hardware, or any other digital device unless expressly permitted by Licensor.
- Use the Fonts in any manner that is not expressly permitted by this EULA.
4. Ownership
The Fonts are the intellectual property of Licensor and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Fonts.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this EULA immediately if Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Fonts and destroy all copies in their possession.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Fonts are provided « as is, » without warranty of any kind. Licensor does not warrant that the Fonts will meet Licensee’s requirements or that the operation of the Fonts will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Fonts, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Fonts and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.

By downloading, installing, or using the Fonts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Trial Font License
By downloading Zerozoro’s trial font files, you are granted a personal license. This license is intended exclusively for personal use and evaluation purposes. You are not permitted to use the font in any final product, commercial project, or publication.
Usage Rights:
- The personal license allows you to use the font solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- It is prohibited to use the font in any commercial project or in the final file of any product or publication.
Restrictions:
- You are not allowed to modify, sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the font in any way.
- Embedding the font in electronic devices, games, or software is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of reproduction, adaptation, or conversion of the font software is not permitted.

Zerozoro’s trial fonts are part of an ongoing typographic research. Should you encounter any issues or have feedback regarding the font’s performance or custom adaptations, please contact us at contact@zerozoro.com. We would be delighted to assist and consider your input for future updates.
